PRICES INCLUDE

• Consumptions
• Air conditioned apartments
• TV in the living room and in the bedroom
• Wi-Fi (in the pool area and at the reception)
• Safe box
• Kitchen and kitchenette (electric hobs)
• Private bathroom with shower box
• Private beach service (1 sunumbrella + 2 sunchairs per apartment), at about 350 meters from the Residence
• Car place
• Swimming pool
• Linen first supplying (1 kit, sheets and pillowcases): once per week
• Bath linen first supplying (1 towels kit per person): once per week
• Final cleaning (kitchenette cleaning is at Guests' expenses, otherwise he has to pay € 30,00)

Extra Services

• Bed/sofa bed and/or extra crib: € 20,00 per week
• Bike rental service: € 25,00 per week (hour rental service possible)
• Laundry service with coins: € 5,00 per washing (soap included)
• Cleaning Package and daily cleaning: Euro 100.00 per week
• Extra cleaning apartment (upon request) except kitchenette: Euro 30.00
• Towels (on request): Euro 6.00 per kit
• Breakfast package (on request): Euro 25.00 per week/adult; Euro 15.00 per week/child (up to 10 years old)
• Parking garage (on reservation): Euro 35.00 per week

Apartments are available from 3 PM the arrival day and has to be left within 10 AM the departure day.

It is strictly forbidden to host persons that are not registered at the arrival time.
